Big Bend National Park, TX
January, 2004
In January of 2004 I went back to further explore Big Bend National Park. For seven years I had been wanting to explore the interior of the park, something we could no do during our trip in 1997. As well, I returned to some of the same spots on the river I had visited in 1997 only to discover, much to my dismay, that the river trip I took in 1997 would mostly likely not be possible today due to the extremely low water levels in the Rio Grande.
