Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona, May 1999

In May of 1999, while I was working at Arches National Park, a group of us took a three day trip to the Grand Canyon.  We hike down to Horseshoe Mesa and then to a wash whose name I can no longer remember.  On the second day, from our base camp at the wash, we hike the rest of the way to the Colorado River.  On the third day we hiked back out of the canyon and headed home.  These photos have been scanned in.
