Lake Powell, Utah, May 2001

The trip to Lake Powell was sponsored by Outdoor Adventures at the University of Arizona.  It consisted of twelve days of kayaking upstream in the lake with eleven other people from the university.  We kayaked mostly in the morning and explored what side canyons we could find.  The days were spent exploring the canyons on foot, while the nights were spent playing games and sleeping on the lake's rocky beaches.  These pictures were scanned in from the original 35mm photos.
